50 And Yayo Back In Court
The mother of the kid who Tony Yayo allegedly smacked up is taking 50 Cent and Yayo to court.
Yayo, aka Marvin Bernard, dodged assault charges in the March 2007 encounter but was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service for harassment. Another man, Lawal Fletcher, was locked up after copping to smacking Rosemond.
The mom of a teen boy who says he was smacked around by Tony Yayo, a member of 50 Cent’s G-Unit posse, is suing the rap stars for a big bucks payout. The suit by angry mom Cynthia Reed also targets Fletcher, several record companies and 50 Cent, who wasn’t in New York during the street scrap and not charged.
Hey you don’t get him in criminal court go for his pockets. She might get a little money because Yayo did cop out to harassing the little boy!
