P. Miller and his newly launched P. Miller Designs have become the targets of a lawsuit from Pepe Jeans, who alleges the mogul is committing trademark infringement.

Pepe’s lawsuit centers on Miller’s logo which encompasses the letter “P” encircled with wings.

According to P. Miller, formerly Master P, the US Patent and Trademark Office has his first use date recorded in public record as April 1, 2003, while Pepe’s registered mark falls on June 1, 2003.

“I went to the website of PepeJeans.com and couldn’t find a circled-P anywhere, on their clothing, or the brand advertising within the site,” Miller explained. “I’m the future of affordable fashion and big brands will always hate me, but they shouldn’t throw stones if they live in a glass house!”

Does anyone even wear Pepe Jeans anymore, them sh!ts went out with Paco!

Percy “Master P” Miller will open up youth centers in poor neighborhoods in major cities across the United States. The facilities will be named P. Miller Youth Center, which will include a library and a gymnasium.

The first one will open in New Orleans then in Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles and etc.

Yo, you got to respect P, straight up! He’s definitely giving back to the community in a major way with this adventure. I know them P. Miller kicks is ugly as hell, but I advise everyone to put their pride to the side and go cop a pair so we can help P out. Lol, nah just joking, but this is a great thing, big ups to Master P.

Percy “Master P.” Miller alongside actor Seth Green is set to produce a Hip-Hop role playing 3-D video game titled “Play the Industry.” The creators described the game as being similar to the popular video game “The Sims.” But in “Play the Industry,” gamers will take on the role of a rapper, an agent, a power broker or an athlete in a quest for fame.

Sounds like a pretty cool concept! Master P is a true hustler, he definitely knows how to make a dollar out of 15 cent. His wack P Miller clothing line flopped and he didn’t sit back and blame it on the white man or start hollering “Hip Hop is Dead”, he focused on himself and moved on. I hope this video game is a success because I respect Master P for his relentless effort.
