Ja Rule On Brazil

Ja is bugging out for going in there, I aint never been there, but from what I watched on a documentary that place seems a bit unpredictable. People get killed all the time from random violence. Youtube Ross Kemp on gangs in Brazil and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
