Remy’s Life Is In The Jury’s Hands
The judge in Remy Ma’s assault case has sent the jury to deliberate.
The prosecutor, saying the only real dispute is whether the shooting was accidental, told jurors, “Ms. Smith took an illegal .45-caliber automatic and loaded it with hollow-point bullets and got into Ms. Joseph’s car.”
Adding that Smith used both hands to cock the weapon as she got in, McIntosh said, “She took every step you had to take to shoot somebody.”
To me it sounds like Remy is going to beat this case. No one testified that she shot her on purpose not even the victim (Makeda Joseph). So what do the jury has to go off of?

Listen, i know we all love Remy in some way or another. The fact is that not one single person wants her to go to jail because she’s Remy “THE RAPPER”, and we cannot keep defending these law-breakers because of their social status. Everyone is pointing fingers that she did it and even the evidence. She should suffer the consequences of trying to look “HARD” on the streets. I she doesn’t get convicted trust me that their is going to be alot more bad ass bitches “rappers” trying to get away with alot more crimes because of their social status. No one is above the law…..NO ONE!!!!

THERE IS NOT A QUESTION IN ANYONES IF THERE IS A REASONABLE DOUBT IN THE PURPOSEFULNESS OF THE SHOOTING THE CASE HINGES ON WHO PRESENTED THE BEST CASE OF WHO THIS WOMAN IS IF THE JURY THINKS SHE IS A WILD OUT OF CONTROL GANGSTER B*TCH WHO WOULD HAVE SHOT SOMEONE FOR THIS THEY WILL MAKE THAT ASSUMPTION AND SHE IS NOT COMING HOME UNTIL CARS FLY AND THE MOON IS A LIVABLE COLONY IF HER DEFENSE DID ITS JOB AND PAINTED HER IN THE LIGHT TO ELIMINAT ANY ASSUMPTIONS BEING MADE ON THE PART OF THE JURORS THE THE FACTS WILL LEAD THEM TO THE RULE IT WAS A SHOT FIRED BY ACCIDENT DURING A STRUGGLE SHE MIGHT BE RETRIED FOR GUN POSSESION OR RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT OR ATTEMPTED STRONG ARM ROBBERY BUT IT WILL BE LESS OF A HIT IF SHE IS CONVICTED

Remy is going to jail. First she said she didn’t do it now its an accident. Bytch your azz is going to jail so ask Foxy to make room for you!!! Remy had no business hanging with those bums in the first place. Once you’ve made it you’re not suppose to be hanging in the streets like that regardless of your rep. She screwed herself when she left the scene, if she had stayed and went to the hospital it would have looked better.
