i told yall when Joe Buddens got at Jay i commented on this very site go to the previous archives under Joe Buddens u will see my name where i spoke about the 50 cent interview where he said Jay was cold cuz Def Jam was going to use all of the marketing dollars on The American Gangster joint and takes away from everybody else project now he leaving so whats good now????

They both my dudes, but they did drop some garbage ass albums… If he didnt use the budget up how well would they really do? Might have done the same shitty sales.
They will get more air play if they realize times is changing and you got to add a little something to your flow nowdays if you are hardcore like they are.
i agree with brooklyn, they aren’t coming with it. Love em but they aint’ coming with it. SMH at the dj talking bout he love that sigel and R. Kelly track (TRASH). Rick Ross got promotion for his album, Jeezy got promotion,…plus they’re doing things out side just mixtapes to keep there names poppin. clothing, REAL collabos with big name djs that have albums droppin(Khaled,Drama). They expect the label to do just though money at a problem album and it will get better!?! hell no!
people need to stop frontin on jay like he does everybody dirty. jay is still a signed artist at def jam and has another album that he owes them. beans and free are barkin up the wrong tree. like bossco said, he has other avenues of promotion, so there’s no reason why beans and free didn’t get any burn besides the fact that their projects did not generate any buzz on the streets. and where would them niggas be if they had stayed with dame??? dame shut his doors about 6 months ago.
