Swizz Beatz Says Ruff Ryders Are Back B!t&hes
Here Swizzy recently confirmed a Ruff Ryders reunion,
“I’m bringing the Ruff Ryders back real major in ‘08. It’s gonna be a lot of Ruff Ryders sh– in ‘08. Not taking away from D-Block, not taking away from Bloodline. It’s stamping the brand that started all this sh–. They letting me do whatever I wanna do as the president [of the company]. This is what I wanna do. Do this album, 10 bangers. Trying to get a joint from [Dr.] Dre, Primo [DJ Premier]. We got Dame Grease. All the original producers, everything to make the Ruff Ryder album authentic head-banger hip-hop. I got everybody right now. X just sent me five verses. Trust me. I don’t accept just any X [verses]. You’ll see. This is the real deal. I’m not gonna do it if it’s not the real deal.”
This is real big! If all the original people like The Lox, Eve, Drag-On and DMX participate, this album it’s gonna be crazy. I remember when these cats ran Hip Hop, this will definitely bring a breath a fresh air to the game.

Aftermath Released Joel Ortiz
Here are some quotes from Joel Ortiz confirming his release from Aftermath.
“I’m not currently on that label,” Ortiz said. “I can’t afford to wait. That would be the most selfish thing for me to do — to sit there and wait for someone else to call my life. I got a million people depending on me to come out. People wanna hear Joell Ortiz.”
“I would of been cheating myself to sit there and wait. I have momentum now. I gotta move with the cheese. I don’t know when my window of opportunity is gonna open again. I gotta take advantage of it now,” Ortiz continued.
Was this a smart business move on Aftermath’s part? I’m kinda in the air on this one!
