Jay Z Can’t Open Up His 40

This may be a rumor, but there has been talk about Jay Z’s 40/40 club in Las Vegas not passing inspection and possibly not being able to be open on Dec. 30 as planned.

If this is true Jay better do something quick, because they sold mad tickets for the opening night of the new club! I’m pretty sure he could get it together though, if it’s a money issue he’s definitely not short in the area!
