That joint aint all that. If it wasn’t for the NY cats, that shit would be wack. Eminem didn’t kill anything. They should have cut is bars short and let Lloyd flow longer.

  6. duke

50 had the hottest part llyod is nice though

  7. I understand you don’t like Eminem, but they don’t make ‘em like him no more. I don’t think 99% of rappers even come close to being as sick as him. Hip hop is pointing in a direction, and if you look close, you’ll see that it’s been pointing at Eminem, among others, for a long time, and nobody is able to follow. Not Lloyd Banks, that’s for damn sure.

Here we go again. A person makin a comment and the only hip-hop they listen to is the stuff on the radio. Who’s is doing the pointing, white america. Vanilla Ice was on fire before, where is he now? This is a black art form, eminem will be another V.I., he will never be put in the 99 percentile.

  9. I’m willing to bet none of you are older than 20. I’m also willing to bet none of you can repeat a line from any of Rakim’s albums. Recognize Rakim is the greatest of all time, and in a sense created hip-hop as we know it, along with Eric B. Don’t believe me? Check out his wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rakim

Point being, real recognize real. Check out what he has to say about Em if you don’t believe me:

First of all, I was born in ‘78, get it straight. That interview isn’t saying anything. How you going to use an interview where Rakim says “If he was Black,” he would be the greatest. So, since he is not Black, doesn’t that make him not the greatest? Rakim didn’t rank him with a number, which doesn’t back your statement that he is better than 99% of the rappers out there. Even the dude giving the interview put a bunch of people above him. And, that whole Nas is not a lyricist, Eminem is a lyricist because of his writing form is some garbage. Rakim is one of my favorite MC’s (I have a lot of them) and one of my favorite songs was “Mahogany” (a song about him and a Black woman, all into each other). There is one line in that song that I always questioned, “Almost looked Korean, but European.” How can you be apart the 5 percent nation and describe a black woman like that? We need to question who we call real and you need to look for a new cosigner. Do the knowledge, then drop the science.

Lokeye….your arms to short to box with the god (Quarter Water).
